How the Custom Order Process Works

Step 1: Reach Out and Share Your Vision
Fill out our custom order inquiry form, send us an email, or reach out through our social media. Tell us what you are looking for, any names, dates, or text to include, your preferred material if you have one, your approximate size, and your timeline.

Step 2: We Chat and Confirm the Details
We will get back to you promptly to confirm the details and answer any questions. We genuinely enjoy this part of the process.

Step 3: You Receive a Digital Proof
We create a digital proof of your design and send it for your review. We make revisions until you are completely happy. Nothing gets made until you give us your approval.

Step 4: We Make Your Piece in Medicine Hat
Once you approve your design, we get to work. Every custom order is made by our family right here in Gas City, with real care and attention in every piece.

Step 5: Pickup or Ship
Local pickup is available in Medicine Hat. We ship carefully packaged orders right across Canada.

Turnaround Times

We will always give you a clear timeline when we confirm your order. As a general guide, simple pieces are typically 3 to 7 business days, medium complexity orders are typically 5 to 10 business days, and larger or more complex orders are typically 10 to 21 business days. During peak seasons including Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Alberta grad season, turnaround times may be longer. Order early for time-sensitive occasions.
